Chad Judkins is ABD and a Ph.D. Candidate at Purdue University, currently in the fourth year of his degree. His degree is expected in May of 2013. Judkins’ primary field is Medieval Literature, and his secondary field is History of the English Language. His work focuses primarily on Alfredian and Carolingian studies.
Judkins’ dissertation topic is on “King Alfred’s Literary Resources, Program of Legitimation, and Carolingian Influences.” His dissertation director is Shaun F. D. Hughes.
